Overnight Oats

Overnight Oats are super trendy right now and for good reason! They’re easy, super customizable, and so yummy for summer. They’re essentially equal parts oats and whatever kind of milk you like. Check out these three Overnight Oats recipes below!

PB + Banana Overnight Oats

overnight oats (1 of 22)

Even though I’m not the biggest fan of bananas (I’ve been known to talk my disgust of them very amply), but these might be my favorite oats! I love how easy and yummy it is.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of your choice of milk
  • 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tsp peanut butter (or more if you’d like)
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar (optional)
Recipe

Put half of the oats, half the sugar, and half the milk in your container. Mash up half of the banana with a little milk and place that in, then top with half of the peanut butter. Top with the rest of the oats, sugar, and milk. Shake it up until it’s fully mixed. Place it in the fridge to be enjoyed in the morning. Use the other half of the banana for garnish and toppings!

Honey + Jam Overnight Oats

overnight oats (12 of 22)

These are probably my favorite oats (my dads too). There’s something so delicious and easy about them! The jam and honey are so yummy together. Also- the chia seeds add some crunch to an otherwise creamy bit.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/4 cup of the jam of your choice
  • 1/8 cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of your choice of milk
  • 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
Recipe

In a separate bowl, mix together your jam and chia seeds to your liking (I add a lot!). Place half of your oats and milk in the bottom of your container and drizzle honey over it. Place half of the jam and chia seed mixture in. Finish with the rest of the oats and milk and another layer of honey and jam. Place it in the fridge to be enjoyed in the morning. Drizzle more honey in the morning to taste!

Cookies ‘n Cream Overnight Oats

These oats were hard to master! I felt like I worked on them a few times before I got them totally right.

Ingredients

  • 4 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup of vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup rolled old-fashioned oats
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons of baking chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Recipe

Mix the milk, oats, vanilla, chocolate powder, sugar, and two crushed up chocolate sandwich cookies in your container. Shake it up and place it in the fridge to be enjoyed in the morning. Garnish with yummy cookies!
